Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply when you use TrustPack AI. By creating an account or purchasing a TrustPack you agree to them.
What the service is
TrustPack AI is an operational AI governance readiness and documentation platform. It helps you record how your organization uses AI, identifies governance gaps using structured rule data, and generates draft documentation for your review and approval.
What the service is not
TrustPack AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It does not certify, guarantee or determine compliance with the EU AI Act, the GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF or any other framework. No output should be treated as a legal opinion or as evidence of compliance in itself.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for reviewing and approving generated documents before use, and for obtaining professional advice where your situation requires it.
- Keep account credentials secure and manage organization membership and roles appropriately.
- Do not upload content you are not permitted to process.
- Review AI-assisted drafts before approval; a document is only approved when a human approves it.
Purchases and entitlements
Paid functionality is unlocked only after our payment provider confirms payment to our backend. Entitlements are recorded server side and are tied to your organization.
Availability and changes
We may change or improve the product over time. Where a feature is not available, the product states so rather than simulating it. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid functionality.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of TrustPack AI is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for regulatory outcomes, business decisions or losses arising from reliance on generated documentation without independent review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
TrustPack AI provides operational AI governance readiness assistance. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
