Refund Policy

We want the TrustPack to be worth what you paid for it. This policy explains when a refund is available.
Before you generate a TrustPack
If you have purchased a TrustPack but have not yet generated it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
After you generate a TrustPack
Once a TrustPack run has been generated and the documents delivered, the service has been performed. Refunds after generation are considered case by case, for example where the product failed to deliver the documents described at purchase.
How to request a refund
Email billing@trustpack.ai from the address associated with the purchase, including your organization name and the approximate purchase date. We respond within five business days.
Effect of a refund
When a refund is issued, the corresponding entitlement is revoked and paid functionality is locked. Documents you have already exported remain yours; historical document versions are retained in accordance with our privacy policy until you delete the organization.
Payment provider
Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record where applicable. Refunds are returned via the original payment method and timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
